Join The Club.

The Rappahannock Club is designed for people who recognize and appreciate the value of our community and are planning a future move to Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury, either when the desired residence style is available, or some time in the near future. Among the benefits of the Rappahannock Club, members can participate in activities and events and dine at special member prices.

The completion of a one-page form, indicating your preference for type of residence and the probable year of your entry - along with a $1,000 refundable deposit - is all that's required. The deposit is applied toward the reservation deposit and Entrance Fee when you move here, or is fully refundable if you decide not to move to RW-C. After we receive the completed form and the deposit, you receive a priority number.

When a cottage or apartment matching your preference becomes available, you will be contacted and offered that residence in a priority order established by the date of your deposit. If RW-C seems to be a good option for your future, please consider the Rappahannock Club so that, when the moment is right for you, you don't face a long waiting list and are assured your best chance for your desired selection.
